ABOUT MEHow to use Shatter Nail Lacquer:
On clean, dry, manicured nails, apply 1 coat OPI Base Coat.
Apply 1 - 2 coats chosen OPI Nail Lacquer shade and allow to dry.
Apply 1 coat (and only 1 coat!) Shatter by OPI, quickly covering entire nail. Allow to dry completely.
Optional: For a shiny finish, apply choice of OPI Top Coat.
Note: Always replace cap tightly after use. If Shatter by OPI begins to thicken in the bottle, thin with 2-3 drops OPI Nail Lacquer Thinner.
