It's one of the burning questions of the summer: what to put on your festival packing list? Figuring, of course, that you're gonna want to dress to impress, despite having to sleep in a tent and wash (if you're lucky) in a sort-of communal hose for four days, which will probably include at least one afternoon of blazing sunshine, several chilly 3am treks back to the campsite and, inevitably, a torrential downpour or three... To help you out, we decided to get some tips from the people who know best: the bands, DJs, music journalists, festival organizers, talent spotters and stylists who make their living hanging out and looking good (or at least passably human) in a muddy field each summer.
