Why magnesium salts?
Magnesium salts are really good for the end of the day when I feel sluggish and have no energy. It feels like they take away any inflammation, pain or soreness. You do get nice and sweaty, but that’s how you know it’s working.
How did you discover them?
I had a magnesium salt footbath a while ago when I was in Thailand and they swear by it over there.
What are the instant effects?
You weirdly feel like you’re ready to go. After five or 10 minutes you just feel a little bit lighter — like a burst of energy. I probably use them about two or three times a week and definitely before any big event or anything where I’ll have to wear a teeny-tiny dress.
